Tévo Intelligence is an AI implementation company. Our engineers come to where your business runs, build AI into the everyday work, and hand the system over once it runs reliably.

This way of working is called Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE). We don’t write a system in our office and deliver it remotely. Our engineers spend time in your stores, back offices and meeting rooms, see how the work is really done, and then build the system into it.

    Understand the work

    We talk with the GM and each department head, read the handover logs, rosters and reports, and agree what this delivery covers and how it will be accepted.

    Connect and configure

    We connect the existing PMS reports and Ctrip account, and set up tasks, rules and the proof each role submits, by role and shift.

    Trial run

    Staff use it on real shifts while we watch: are the suggestions right, does work reach the right person, how are exceptions handled.

    Handover and refinement

    The hotel gets full access. Each month we adjust the setup from how it ran, so the system keeps up as seasons and staff change.
